VIDEO: BG soccer beats South Warren, 9-0

The Bowling Green boys’ soccer team got five second-half goals from junior Riley Phelps on Thursday, cruising to a 9-0 win at home over South Warren.

The Purples, who also got two goals and three assists from senior Grant Sims, improved to 9-0-2 overall and 3-0 in District 7.

After the game, Bowling Green coach Craig Widener talked about the team’s impressive showing, while also emphasizing that it’s “all progression.” Take a look:
